There were also some stains throughout the house so special care was taken to remove them. The previous tenants also had dogs and as a result we had to a use special deodorizer for pet urine to get rid of the smell. This was done by mixing the solution in a pump up sprayer and spraying the carpet before the technician set up to clean the carpet and hard flooring. This allowed the solution to soak into the carpet and absorb the odor. Once done, the house was ready for the next tenant to move in. The customer was very pleased. Out technician even helped her hang some drapes afterwards!
